What to include
For access or Telegram issues, include the account identifier, a short description of the problem, and any relevant timestamp. Do not send bookmaker passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Telegram
For alert delivery or account linking issues, you can also open @oirad_io_bot and include your Telegram username in the support email.
Responsible gambling
If gambling is causing stress or harm, pause immediately and use local blocking, self-exclusion, or gambling support services. OIRAD support cannot provide crisis counselling.
